Tyler Davis practices in the areas of debt finance, business litigation, and corporate restructuring. Prior to joining the Firm, he represented public and private borrowers, financial institutions, and alternative lenders in a variety of secured and unsecured debt transactions as a finance associate at Latham & Watkins LLP. Tyler also served as law clerk to the Honorable William Lafferty in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California, where he performed comprehensive legal research into issues before the Court and contributed to drafting key decisions and orders. While in law school, Tyler served as Senior Production Manager for the Hastings Law Journal.
