Jay Minga brings over a decade of experienceacross bankruptcy, restructuring, complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts, domestic and international arbitrations, internal and regulatory investigations, and experience as in-house counsel at a leading global aerospace manufacturer. His practice spans a variety of industries, technologies, and high-stakes matters. He is experienced at steering cases through every phase - from early case assessment and pleadings to dispositive motions, discovery, trial, and appeals.

A certified information-privacy professional (CIPP/US), Jay also advises on data-innovation regulatory issues and litigation risk for emerging technologies. â€‹Jay's bankruptcy and litigation background, combined with his privacy and in-house experience, equips him to deliver strategic, results-focused counsel for clients navigating today's multifaceted legal landscape.
