Jay Minga brings over a decade of experience—across bankruptcy, restructuring, complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts, domestic and international arbitrations, internal and regulatory investigations, and experience as in-house counsel at a leading global aerospace manufacturer. His practice spans a variety of industries, technologies, and high-stakes matters. He is experienced at steering cases through every phase - from early case assessment and pleadings to dispositive motions, discovery, trial, and appeals.
