Partner Jane Kim to be Panelist at the Annual Recent Developments in Business Bankruptcy Program

KBK partner Jane Kim will be joining Judge William J. Lafferty and Jennifer Taylor in presenting the annual Recent Developments in Business Bankruptcy program. This can’t-miss event is presented by The Bar Association of San Francisco’s Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section and the Bay Area Bankruptcy Forum. This year, the topics include an overview of recent decisions in the Ninth Circuit relevant to commercial bankruptcy practice, a review of significant bankruptcy decisions outside of the Ninth Circuit, and spotlights on bankruptcy topics that have garnered national attention and discussion. The panel will take place, both in-person and virtually, on Tuesday, November 1st, 2022, from 4-6 PM.
