Keller Benvenutti Kim LLP is proud to celebrate its 10 Year anniversary this October. Since its inception in 2013, KBK has guided clients through in-court and out-of-court corporate bankruptcy, restructuring, crisis management, and litigation matters. We have represented distressed companies, creditors’ committees, investors, purchasers, and others in proceedings and transactions around the country. This was a really interesting read! I didn’t know much about this topic before, but the way you explained it made everything much clearer and easier to understand. It reminded me of how useful structured and persuasive methods can be, like the ones you find in 5 minute speech topics. Even though that’s usually about writing, the idea of organizing ideas clearly and presenting them in a way that keeps the reader engaged really applies here too.
