Dara Levinson Silveira Joins KBK Partnership, Effective January 1, 2024

            Keller Benvenutti Kim LLP is pleased to welcome Dara Levinson Silveira to the partnership effective January 1, 2024. Dara joined KBK in 2016, having previously worked with Tobias Keller and Peter Benvenutti at Jones Day. Since then, Dara has been a key part of many of the Firm’s largest restructuring cases, and, more recently, she has helped to grow and develop KBK’s commercial and bankruptcy litigation practice. Of the recent changes at the firm, Managing Partner Jane Kim said “With Dara’s elevation to partner, and the recent hire of litigation partner Traci Shafroth, KBK has demonstrated its commitment to providing strong, experienced litigation services to our clients.
